All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, *Ush Swim will gladly provide a store credit for items if requests are made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Upon identifying any issues with an item(s), contact *Ush Swim by email to request the exchange and/or store credit and to provide your reasoning for the request.
All requests should be emailed to email@example.com. The email should include the order number, customer contact information, and reason for the request. Requests that are received more than 48 hours after receipt of the merchandise are subject to further consideration and may or may not result in an approved request. Upon receipt of a return request, *Ush Swim will email the customer immediately to confirm all the details of your request and discuss the steps regarding the shipping of the exchange item(s) and/or processing of the store credit. Disputes of the 48 hour deadline will be reviewed and considered, subject to the customer providing dated and time-stamped proof of the original request that was emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns and exchanges are subject to additional shipping costs. All exchanges will be shipped using USPS Collect on Demand shipping method; and, returns will be at the buyers expense. In addition, the item(s) must be mailed out within 7 business days of the request.
*Ush Swim reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any merchandise that is not in its original condition or does not meet our quality control requirements. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are soiled, stained, washed, damaged, worn, stretched, altered, discolored or carrying ANY distinct odors or scents, to include perfumes. *Ush Swim is unable to return these items to our inventory and the return request will not be honored; and, the items will be mailed back by to the buyer. Lastly, we will not exchange or provide a store credit for any Final Sale items.
